Find The Gobblers is back with an all-new creature prize. Here's how it works: for the month of November, Gobblers will appear overlaid on pages around the site. To collect one, click on it whenever you see one. The top 100 collectors will receive a 1000 CaveCash Voucher ($10) and a Patatta at the end of the month.
Like last year, Gobblers will continue to appear at 100% opacity—that is to say are not faded when overlaid on pages. This should make them easier to spot and see.
Do not participate in Find The Gobblers from side accounts.

The Kujak returns for its annual reappearance! Find this rare and vintage bird in the Cave through all of November.
The Gobbler and Knitten have been unvaulted in the Cash Shop. The legendary Gobbler is be available for 1500 CC and the Knitten is available for 1000 CC. Gobbler stock is extremely low because of how rare it is (there is a rule that a species population can only be doubled at most).

The gobblers weren't showing up for me and I was about to complain, but decided to try closing the Eggcave window and reopening it first. And there was a gobbler staring me in the face. So, it works for me now!

Are they supposed to be extremely rare? I've fed a lot of creatures, but only found four. Do they still show up on pages that you open in a new tab? I always ctrl+click lots of creatures before feeding, and I remember a past event where things didn't show up if you did that.

Awe.. not personally a fan of the monthlies and its my birthday month. 😋 maybe I'll just get the Wayaden. Not even gonna bother with the gobblers idk how you everyone gets the numbers you do sometimes XD good luck everyone 😊

I wasn't too fond of the new releases, but the charm kind of snuck up on me. The 200 Feeds stage of the Qarga keeps making me laugh thinking it's something a certain friend would probably adore. (and then there's the Wayaden's last stage. ^^)

@Ian since Adarna, Bellato, Kringus, Bomnom, Chrishorse were already re-released, if they be chosen again, wouldn't it mean it can more than double? Also, Ambrok, which was already re-released in November 2021, shouldn't be a November creature? Why can we vote on it for December?

Unless my count is off, these were the numbers: 1st wave= 17 , 2nd wave= 13, 3rd wave= 16, 4th wave=21. So 67 Gobblers total rereleased.

The Gobblers are appearing but there's a time now & then when they definitely DON'T show up every 1-3min. I've been looking around for maybe 10min. now without luck, it's weird & inconsistent at times.

@dragonelle They do show up but since they can appear anywhere on the page including 'out of bounds', your best best is to pick a short page to refresh every few min (like the thief shop or oasis)

The only place I can't seem to find any Gobs is on mobile. And by mobile, I mean my phone, since I can find them fine on my Kindle. It's weird. Just means I can't hunt while I'm at work :c

Yeah, there's something weird & inconsistent about them, I look mainly on mobile so maybe that's why? Been clicking all over for the past 15min. without a sign of any, it's bizarre & a bit frustrating. :/

I've been gobbler hunting on my mac since it started and i'd get one every minute or so, but i haven't found any on mac today, only some rarely on mobile? can this bug please be fixed @ian 😮

@tehuti88 I don't know what it is, but this year I have found 0 Gobblers in portrait orientation. They're still more rare on landscape than on a PC, but at least I can find about 5 an hour. (better than nothing when i can't be at a computer.)

looking at the Patatta again.. almost seems like the stages are out of order lol. At least the one middle-right one looks like it should be after egg o-o but that's just moi..

Hi, I missed more than a week of quest but without too much trouble I was able to get into the top 100. I'm really happy because I like this creature. good hunt !
