@autumnal Yes, definitely a slight flaw in this site is how popular and unattainable some creatures became but that was something that could've never been predicted when it first came out (I've been on here almost since the beginning lol so if you have any questions please let me know!)What...

@sparklefox Cool, I haven't seen those before. I like em! Especially the Ignis 👍@izziedragon yeah, I feel you. I didn't know about this site back then! If I did, I would have been here. As a newbie, I feel a bit left out...

@lexicon thanks! Yes, autumn is lovely.I like the site so far. Lots of cute creatures. I understand that many are really hard to get though ☹️ oh well, not too invested. And I'm saving the images of my favorites haha 😉

@staticm The site rules being what they are against discussing social issues, I think it would be hypocritical of them to make a creature specifically supporting any cause (though I think they're sometimes hypocritical of that with some existing creatures anyhow.)Personally I feel quite wel...

@mango91 Hi Mango! My name's Alex, nice to have you join us on the site 😊 I just joined recently as well, but if you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to help.Basically, EC is a creature collector site. There are exclusive creatures that come out every month which you have a chance of...

@solaris thank you for the reassurance 😊 I posted this question because I accidentally visited some of the Halloween stalls last month on a different side account and acquired ~15 seeds, and that account was frozen for a week! Even though you can't buy anything with 15 seeds. Hence my anxiety about...

i have to agree, ive been on this site for about a year now & i think sometime last month was the only time i have ever seen anything in the oasis at all. i typically circulate through the cave, thief shop, the oasis, & sometimes the auctions daily to see if there's anything new. the one time i saw...

I've had it happen where I double-clicked them and they poof. They still count though. It'll also happen if you happen to accidentally ctrl click the gobbler and go back to the original page and click them again. I think it's the site just being like "oh you already clicked it so I'll just get rid o...

This is an idea from another pet site: every time someone posts in the forums, there is a chance that they are awarded a forum point. Points can be redeemed for creatures/items like the vending machine. This will incentivize people to participate in the forums and talk to each other.

@structuresfromsilence Being on this site for so long I remember being excited for things like the Auctions and the Lottery because it does give you the chance to get creatures you might not otherwise get. I get so nervous near the end of an auction, most of the time someone does outbid me but th...

@dragoniiI mean, Eggcave peeps will know who he is without the tail; but your art style in this instance reminds me of an anime a friend recently got me hooked on. (Rated M, so I won't name it here.) I mean this as a compliment. Truly, but at the same time, I could picture you getting comments on...

@suzanabI wish I could even hint at how I do it, but it would practically be giving you (and everyone else) the current answer and many future answers. When i was new and so overwhelmed at all there was to learn on the site, I thought it was something that would come with experience. Maybe peop...

@tetromino thank you, I'm enjoying the site for the most part.speaking of the gobbler event, there's a bit too much competition on here as well. I'm guessing that the losers feel annoyed/frustrated and gravitate away from the site. Auctions are frustrating when people bid at the last second and...

@ida92Good point! I was thinking maybe there’s an ‘accept task’ button then? Similar to how you would have to click a button to approach the mysterious asteroid or the Advent Tree. Maybe there can be levels of difficulty, like from easy, medium, hard, or tasks based on different activities. Th...

@snowywinter agreed, I wish freeze potions were items and didn't require real money. It seems a little too greedy to me, but I guess they have to pay those staff and server bills somehow.Subeta, for example, has a real money component, but it's much easier to be a free player on there (you can a...

@tryvegan4theanimalsoh. A cyber Monday sale didn't even cross my mind. Maybe the answer is in an old blog post, but the staff seem to add little tweaks now and then.(I just wish freezes were items that could be stocked up or traded. If the site does offer them on sale on those days, it would al...

@tryvegan4theanimalsHi Alex,I only started at the beginning of this year, but I've only ever seen the sale on CC.(And I hear you there. The freeze potions are expensive. I think I'd buy more CC's worth if they only cost 100 CC. The cost adds up quickly.)(On the site's anniversary this...

@dragoniiattempting to make a coloring book is an accomplishment in itself : )Made Fruitbat laugh with a name I thought of if i had won a scary clown from this month. We had no plans on getting one, but those pants in the final stage are everything. lol= = = = = = 1 Nov 21: I'M HAVIN...

@structuresfromsilence It will definitely take time to Program, but so would any other thing that would be new to the website honestly. But, im not to worried about the time that takes for a map for new places since they already have a skeleton code for it as shown in leila and the ark map. so unles...
structuresfromsilence • 26 October 2021 at 10:54 PM
More places to visit would be neat but maybe that would take too much time to program? I would like it though. This site has been around for many years but other than the many creatures there isn't a whole lot to do on the site. And most of the creatures are too expensive anyway.

@pearlywings Hi Pearly, good to have you 😊 I joined recently as well. I've been looking for a new pet site since Neopets isn't looking too well these days.
structuresfromsilence • 26 October 2021 at 10:32 PM
Daily achievements would be great. I also think adding cc to the market would be a good idea. I like the site, but it's a bit too pay to win for my taste.
tetra • 26 October 2021 at 7:54 PM
@dragoniiI would love more community themed activities. ❤️ It would be fun if we have something similar to a Site Trivia but where we can help each other out.I’ve recently went through all 220 pages for the site blog and ‘back in the day 😊’ there used to be hundreds of comments per blog post (...

Pearly here! Nice to meet you! I'm 29, from the northwest US, and a long-time fan of virtual pet games. Interesting idea. I know that Subeta has a gardening feature, and to see one on EC would be nice

How about categorising blog posts? Not everyone wants to be notified when a new item is added, so how about sorting blog posts based on the topic:For example it could go as-Maintenance update (bug fixes)Item update (related to items) Site update (such as art update/new feature/event) Cre...

I just had this idea, take it or leave it: How about instead of there being a limited number of creatures available each time The Oasis stocks, there's a certain window of time (a few minutes, maybe), and everyone who visits the Oasis in that time gets...

@purgatoryI'm so sorry to see you go. ☹️ I'd love to enter your giveaway, my favorite creature on the site has been Ignis.I don't think I have any preference in particular other than those on my wishlist
