I've just finished dinner, and I made a really nice mostly-vegetarian jambalaya using my own spice mix, which I served with spring greens, salad, and homemade sourdough! I also bought a vegetarian cookbook this morning, which is the last thing I need right now, but it was cheap, and I couldn't resist 😃

I finally found a egg in the thief shop and it cost me 500,000ec to purchase and then it died so I didn't get the egg and I also lost my ec as well... I am very upset and I'm not going to the thief shop anymore ☹️ I can't revive it because it never revealed what type of creature egg it was, so I'm really bummed out and broke now...☹️

It's taken me two days to finish my latest bit of writing, but I'm finally finished! It was a fight scene, so I had to choreograph a bunch of stuff, which takes a long time for me to get my head around. My reward is a huge roast dinner this evening, so yay! I was looking forward to playing some computer games this weekend too, but I haven't really had the time. Enjoy your Sundays everyone!

I was born unlucky, I swear.
I was hanging out with a friend today and we went for a road trip. It was a really fun day and not a thing was going wrong. We took my car. Normally something goes a bit wrong whenever I hang out with someone....or just most days in my life where I decide to step outside my house really. Basically, not a thing was wrong. Anyway, I dropped my friend home which all fine. And then I reversed into this second driveway so I could safely drive out. All fine. But when I went to drive my car just froze up. I turned it off and on and it just wouldn't start. I called my mum and she said her and my dad would come out. But this friend lives 15 minutes away from me. So I went back to my friends house and his mum answered the door and I had to say what was wrong. My friend and his dad had a look at my car and they couldn't see what was wrong. When my parents got out there they had a look and couldn't get it going either. So we called the people and they came out, had a look and said my car would be at my friend's over night and tomorrow they'd get it and fix it up for me. And it shouldn't be anything too serious as it was only serviced a month ago.
I feel so stupid and embarrassed.
Our parents had never met before and they were chatting while waiting for some assistance. I told my friend I felt really stupid and that I thought he and his family would probably judge me. He said that it was fine. But I just feel ridiculous. Nothing ever goes right. My friends parents know me, and he knows mine, but since our parents have never met before I feel kind of worse about everything.

Car troubles always happen, it isn't something to be embarrassed about. Think of it this way, you were able to spend more time with your friend and you have your licence! I'm hoping to get my red p's as soon as I can, I've been slacking due to University.

I remember quite a few years ago a friend of mine was addicted to buying cooking books. She had so many and would buy as many as she could at book sales. It was ridiculous but as long as she liked it there wasn't anything to complain about.

A friend of mine is at uni, has all her hours but hasn't bothered going for her licence yet because her classes have just destroyed her motivation to.

Away from what went wrong, today was fun. Since its Anzac day we thought everything would be shut but we stopped in the next town and had lunch, went bowling and did a small little bit of shopping. The weather was really good too. 😸

I'm pretty selective about mine, but the ones I always go for are huge tomes because I know they'll have a million recipes 😃 It arrived today as well, and I can't wait to try it out!

My day's been pretty lazy so far, though- I just finished watching Star Wars, and now I'm having a bit of a coffee break. I've been feeling a bit burnt out with some of my characters, so I'm thinking about designing some new ones this afternoon. And, as always, planning my next lot of cooking ^^

Lucky you.☹️ What I'd give to be 13 again... No responsibilities, no future to worry about.

After watching this show recently wherein the main premise is selling your soul for one wish with no limits (it can be nothing short of miraculous), I've been thinking about what wish I would make if I had that chance. I think I'd work it somehow to make myself immortal and manipulate my age to how I'd want it.

If only real life had those fantasy elements.>.< (I wouldn't have a problem with it if it did.)

Selling your soul to have it encased in an external case (shaped like an egg). Keep it with you, and you live, but if taken 100 meters from you, your body becomes just a shell. But if you see the show, you'll know that you get special abilities for selling your soul. But of course, there are always consequences if your wish was worded wrong.

Try not to stress! The forms look complicated but as long as you keep a list of what you need to do you can get through it!

That show is very depressing. You should watch the third movie (Rebellion) when you're finished with the series. It's a great movie!

I still haven't seen all of the Star Wars movies but within the next few months I'll be able to watch the rest. I want to watch the newest one because my friends all love it. I also plan to watch the Lord of the Rings movies and maybe Star Trek one day.

I strongly recommend them- I even like the prequel trilogy, which a lot of people really don't! And the Lord of the Rings are my absolute favourite films of all time- I've got the extended versions and they're incredible. I remember going to the cinema each time one was released, and just falling in love with the whole thing. I hadn't read the books at that point either, so I loved not knowing what was going to happen. I've also seen the Star Trek films, and they're definitely worth a watch. The tv show is brilliant as well, but completely different!

@greengrass100100 I remember when I turned 13 and I felt a little nervous. Its the actual teenage years haha
Its like the year most people begin high school and they're not really children anymore. No need to worry about it though, you'll see nothing too much changes. 😊 turning 18 - you'd think that's great, and I guess it is. You get your license and can do a lot more things. You're considered a legal adult. Which is the problem. Once you're a legal adult you have to sort out all your own doctor appointments, you realise you weren't as independent as you thought and suddenly $100 only feels like $10. xD

@fairy_tail you probably have a lot more on your plate than me but the worrying is real! I get really worried because there's always something that needs to be paid so saving is slow. What will happen in the future? Am I going to move out at the end of the year? How will that go? Omg!

For my birthday, my parents are taking me to get a tattoo. (The tattoo is my present) Just a small fox on my wrist. The tattooist where I am is rarely open so we're booking in at one in a town an hour away. So I'm hanging out with my parents on the day. And we'll spend the day in another town. Then the weekend of my birthday is the little mix concert I'm going to with a friend of mine - its kind of the actual celebration since I don't want to do much. 😊

Mine are conservative and won't allow me to get one. They've shown their disapproval every time I voice my intentions to get one and I get a feeling I'll probably get yelled at if I do. (Which stinks since I really want one.)

$100 can still be a good amount. Unless you want to buy something overseas, then it's more like $50. Talking about money reminded me that I want to cosplay characters from Dark Souls or League of Legends (or anything that I recognise that I can get for a good deal). But alas money and time is a current problem.

It's actually my favourite part of the franchise. The art, the music, the emotions and the ending! It has the same feel as the anime. And if my memory serves me there will be another movie (or something) being released within the next few years!

If I was given a chance I would definitely take it. It's immortality if you don't use any of your powers and when you do you help to save people. If I do become one though, I would look for other Magical Girls as I know I wouldn't be too powerful by myself, it's always better going in groups (except if you're Mami).

I've seen the first two prequel movies and I find them brilliant! If these are the worst movies then I will not be disappointed at all with the other movies.

Still haven't got my car back.
They told me yesterday morning I'd get a call. Nothing. So I called them right before they close and asked. Apparently they hadn't even looked at my car and they would in the morning and then I'd get a call.....in the morning. The morning is just over. Swear, if I don't get it back today. -.- its not like I crashed, its a small job and I don't care if there are other cars before mine, I'm a brat, I'll admit that, I want my car.


Update: I've had my car back for a couple of hours now. Turns out it was only a fuse. Which is weird because the guy checked those and nothing was wrong. I think he just said that and said it was the other thing as its the sort of thing done. Doesn't matter, all fixed now. 😃

So for obvious reasons, I'm pretty jazzed about today 😃 I have four creatures I'm in the process of hatching right now (aside from the tasmas, which I leave to their own devices), and I couldn't be more excited about them all- especially my Vanmand! I'm definitely going to keep my eye on the CDWC in future and submit entries whenever I get the chance. It's a real boost to my confidence ^^

Carrying on that theme, I'm going to be doing some more character planning today, and see if I have time to watch a film later on. If not, I'll be helping out with some cooking, and thinking about what to make tomorrow! I'd like to try making my own pesto again maybe, or lasagne so I can make a load of bolognese. We've also got tons of broccoli, so I'll have to see what ideas my veggie cookbook can come up with^^ Have a great Sunday everyone!
