@sstwins"Do my little Pegasus thing????" Who did this guy think he was??? "What's up with you? I don't see why you're all upset." Maybe her flying was bothering him, because he was an earth pony. Lightning Bolt touched softly down onto the grass next to the pony and began walking alongside him, matching his quick pace. She looked at Pepper, waiting for him to speak first.

@sstwinsLightning Bolt watched the Pepper walk away from her. After them sharing that experience with the time stop, she had thought that maybe they'd be friends. Or that he'd at least acknowledge her!!! Well, feeling sorry for herself had never been her strong suit. She made things happen! And she was going to try and talk to this pony again, maybe help him cheer up a little. Lightning Bolt trotted up to Pepper at a brisk pace. "So, where are you going?" She asked him, hoping she didn't sound annoying.

@sstwinz "Places. Why are you still following me?" Pepper veered the other direction. Most other ponies would have given up and left him by now! Why was she so persistent? Wasn't it obvious he wanted to be alone??

I have some extra bits if you might like to grab something to eat at Sugar Cube Corner." Lightning knew she had him now. Nopony could resist getting a free treat from Sugar Cube Corner!

@sstwinz "My places. And, no thanks." Pepper hardly knew what Sugar Cube Corner was, except that it was run by some crazy pink earth pony. He didn't really get out much.

@sstwinsDid he seriously say no thanks???? To SUGAR CUBE CORNER???? There must be something seriously wrong with this pony. Still, Lightning wasn't going to give up. Maybe he just didn't like sweets. "Well, maybe we could to to the pond. I know going there always relaxes me. We could get hay smoothies!" As she spoke, Lightning stepped over a hill that had definitely not been there when Pepper walked over the same ground. She suddenly remembered that, currently, Ponyville was just about the least relaxing place in Equestria. But maybe he still wanted to go.

@sstwinz "No. Why do you think I need to 'relax' anyway?" Was this pony insulting him?? Was that why she was following him? Pepper turned around and walked smack into an invisible wall. He turned again and, staggering only slightly, walked the other way.

He hit another wall and fell down a bottomless hole, hitting the ground in seconds right back where he started.

Leaning heavily on the wall for support, his vision wasn't doing so great after that last collision, he took 3.5 steps forward and crashed onto his side. Lightning must've been measuring in terms of her own steps, not his slightly larger ones. "?won tahW" Pepper shouted up at Lightning, getting to his feet.

@sstwinz Pepper watched as Lightning fainted in mid air, somehow hitting the "ground". That was more than a little weird, but so was everything now. Pepper decided to follow Lightning's last direction, 5 steps to his right. He walked over and... Didn't hit any walls! Apparently he was good for now! But he was kinda clueless seeing as Lightning was the only one who could help him and she was out for the count. Typical unreliable pegasus.

@sstwins I'm not doing upside down for this post, because she isn't upside down as it is a dream.Lightning awoke in a white room. A door opened and ponies began filing in. She recognized most of them as ponies she had talked to or had been friends with. There was even a griffon! One by one, the ponies placed a tiny ball around her, each a different color. The balls began to surround her, making her very claustrophobic. She tried to move, but the balls wouldn't let her even take one step. Finally, she had only one tiny hole left at the very top of the pyramid shape the balls had made that wasn't covered. It was getting harder to breathe. She was able to see Pepper walk up carrying a black ball. "Night Night." he said with a cruel smile, and placed the ball on top of the pyramid.
