Auctions must have a set time. You cannot extend one just because you don't think the creatures are at the right price, hence the high risk with auctions.

I do suggest adding a part about preventing auction sniping. When the auction is within 5 minutes of closing, any bid after that extends the auction time by 5 minutes.

Ahh I see - totally understand :0 I'll remove that and also change the end time to 3:00am ECT then just in case lockdown ends and school starts again so I'll have time to be online.

I'll add the suggestion about auction sniping too :0 I was wondering what I would do if I was spammed with bids at the very end of the auction so that suggestion is a big help x)

Just letting you all know that an autobuy price has been set by wigglytuff for the unipeg & mummar. The autobuy prices for Unipeg = 8k cc, and Mummar = 12k cc ; they are set to be higher than the budgie price so that it's only used by users who really want to buy the creatures and want to ensure that they get it. Otherwise, auctions will continue to run their course as per usual and will end on May 20th. To prevent hoarding, users will be limited to only one auto-buy in the case that any more auto-buy prices are set.

ALSO: for users who may have missed the last update:
The closing date for all the auctions has been set to the 20th of May, 03:00am ECT. However, to prevent auction sniping, if 5min before the auction ends another bid is made, the closing time will be extended by another 5min, e.g. a new bid at 02:55am makes the closing time change from 03:00am to 03:05am. This is specific to the creature bid on and won't apply to ever auction, and is the only situation in which an auction will be extended.
