Here is how I am drawing:

1.) I tally up the total tickets.
2.) I assign a number range based on the number of tickets you have in my google sheets.
3.) I pull 4 random numbers from RANDOM.ORG
- I repeat pulling numbers until I get 4 unique winners
- If I happen to pull a number where the user was picked twice I simply pull another number to ensure 4 unique winners
4.) I announce the winners later tomorrow on Oct. 10th.
