Today, we celebrate 10 years of Egg Cave! That's right! A decade. From all of us at Team Egg Cave, thank you for being a player! We take so much pride and joy in the lovely community that we call Egg Cave. Thank you for being a part of it. It's you who has made us great over the years.
Here's 10 years in review...
Egg Cave's very first creature was the Drakomo. For a while now, it has been endangered. Ten years later, we thought it's time for a new dragon to arise in the Drakomo's honor. Say hello to its cousin, the Drakimi. It will be available in the Cave through July 31 and then become a Cash Shop creature.
And yeah! That's right! Ten years in... this is the 758th species.
Congratulations to our Creature Description Writing Contest winner @skyfall4. Your description has been chosen. The first Fetti of its kind has been added to your account for free. It is available in the Cash Shop for 200 CC through August 31.
These steampunk-themed croissants are now restocking at the General Food Store.

As a way of saying thanks for playing, we're giving 500 CaveCash to all of our unique players. You're entitled to claim this reward from your main account only (limit 1 per person). @iluvunicorns Then my guess is you used 400 of your 500cc. 😱 I had 1900cc before the blog post, after I gathered the CC and got a Fetti, I have 2200cc, so I definetly gained some. x3

@iluvunicorns If you are concered, you can message the mods to look it up/look in your [url=https://eggcave.com/cashshop/activity]recent activity[/e], but seems one way or another you gained CC.

Also, if anyone is having trouble finding their CC, it's because when you claim the CC it goes right into your active CC instead of your inventory as a voucher.

It's ironic 😃 I just got croissants irl. The 500cc was a very unexpected surprise. I was thinking maybe egg cave would do something for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing ;/

I can't believe it's already been ten years! I still remember the early days where the feed page was just an empty green page with a "feed me" button underneath the creature. And there was no map or anything else to do. It's come so far.
