Welcome to February at Egg Cave! We have exciting news. Today, we'd like to introduce the Monthly Challenge, which is an achievements and dailies system that allows you to earn CaveCash without a direct buy. You can earn 100 CaveCash when you complete 25 days worth of dailies (and collect other rewards along the way). Dailies rotate and reset every day at midnight ECT.
Visit and access the Monthly Challenge from your verified main account. Each month, you'll need to complete 2-factor authentication to access the Monthly Challenge. Haven't verified your main account yet? You can do that under Preferences with a valid phone number. The Monthly Challenge is largely hidden or out-of-view for side accounts and unverified main accounts.
We'll explain some of the functionality behind how the dailies system works.
This is the initial release of the Monthly Challenge and we know and understand that things will need to be updated, changed, and tweaked. We're here to listen to the community to build something that's challenging but also fun. @calenlass I technically didn't vote at all. On tablet it's in the same spot as the normal Search box and I accidentally entered in a potential Name for one of my creatures >.< (Still haven't heard back from staff if we're going to get re-dos or what's going on.)

@musicgurl333 If I'm remembering correctly food, toys and books increase happiness. So the stats dictating level don't change, it's just longer until you pet dies.

I’m glad we have a way to get cavecash without money (because I’m poor lol) but I think this daily should be changed or at least modified. I’m kinda a confused on what counts as spam tbh. Do I have to space these out for them to not be it or are none of them considered spam¿¿

The Smitten is so cute!
But I don't think the tasks with the 3 posts are good. On the one hand you shouldn't write spam, but on the other hand you're forced to do it in order to complete the task.

Blog comments and wall comments are not really good tasks - if I want to say something I'll do so, everything else I personally consider as spam and feel uncomfortable doing (especially as english is not my native language). ☹️

I'm not sure how to make three blog comments without saying something meaningless and just wasting space, I guess. So I'm hoping this isn't spam. Just trying to get my challenge! I am enjoying the challenges quite a bit thus far.

@kiryko If you mean individual tasks, no you can do them in any order. If you mean back to back days, not always. You just need to complete any 25 days in a month. Quote: "note that you don't have to be on every day!"
