Welcome to February at Egg Cave! We have exciting news. Today, we'd like to introduce the Monthly Challenge, which is an achievements and dailies system that allows you to earn CaveCash without a direct buy. You can earn 100 CaveCash when you complete 25 days worth of dailies (and collect other rewards along the way). Dailies rotate and reset every day at midnight ECT.
Visit and access the Monthly Challenge from your verified main account. Each month, you'll need to complete 2-factor authentication to access the Monthly Challenge. Haven't verified your main account yet? You can do that under Preferences with a valid phone number. The Monthly Challenge is largely hidden or out-of-view for side accounts and unverified main accounts.
We'll explain some of the functionality behind how the dailies system works.
This is the initial release of the Monthly Challenge and we know and understand that things will need to be updated, changed, and tweaked. We're here to listen to the community to build something that's challenging but also fun. I was just talking to @/megamisama90 about this update since I remembered seeing an old blog post about it, and I’m so glad it finally came out! I do have a suggestion though. Maybe add one extra task that is more difficult that can be worth maybe 50CC for completing it?

Adding onto my last post, maybe one of the hard tasks could be to feed 1,000 creatures, feed several peoples coves, or receive a creature species that you don’t already have in your cove. Just a thought. I’m enjoying the tasks so far though, thank you egg cave team! 😊 ❤️

@wonder404exe your comment about breaking a record got me curious. I was like 'I'm pretty sure the blogs used to be more active' ? I didn't go through them all but it seems going over 1000 posts was a regular occurrence, and the top 3 I found were 3788, 3312, & 2926 comments.

O M G... I FINALLY found a Loveer in the CAVE. 3:02am Feb 16th. SIXTEEN days in, and some days making over 40 attempts.
