Welcome to February at Egg Cave! We have exciting news. Today, we'd like to introduce the Monthly Challenge, which is an achievements and dailies system that allows you to earn CaveCash without a direct buy. You can earn 100 CaveCash when you complete 25 days worth of dailies (and collect other rewards along the way). Dailies rotate and reset every day at midnight ECT.
Visit and access the Monthly Challenge from your verified main account. Each month, you'll need to complete 2-factor authentication to access the Monthly Challenge. Haven't verified your main account yet? You can do that under Preferences with a valid phone number. The Monthly Challenge is largely hidden or out-of-view for side accounts and unverified main accounts.
We'll explain some of the functionality behind how the dailies system works.
This is the initial release of the Monthly Challenge and we know and understand that things will need to be updated, changed, and tweaked. We're here to listen to the community to build something that's challenging but also fun. This is a cool idea! I do kind of wonder about the comment tasks. I know it says that spam isn't tolerated, but I worry about it encouraging spam nonetheless.

Although I'm not a fan of the blog post thing, I don't mind the forum posts. Posting in the game area still counts, so you really don't have to interact all that much. It also helps keep the forums going - they've been pretty stale lately.

@pastelrabbit During the even you collect chocolates while feeding creatures. You then send these chocolates to other people. The chocolate that gets sent to you can then be used to buy prizes from the prize shop.

I'm so hype about this update, I've literally been waiting for it since August. It offers alternative method of getting CC (as opposed to buying it) and m cove has gotten fed more this last couple of days than it has in months honestly.

@cranberrycat1 Ooh yeah I'm really happy about that too, now being active is rewarded AND we get motivated to try out stuff like the site trivia daily (gunna play that one more often, didn't realize it was so fun haha) and trying out Alkub racing was pretty interesting too!
