(I know. XD )Dust didn't even have a knife on him. He REALLY wished he did, though. So, he did the best thing you could do. Climb a tree. A coyote lunged at him as he was halfway up. And that very same coyote got a broken snout made by a foot.

she started to get worried. melodi hasnt come back yet, and dust and zen were nowhere to be found. maybe she should go find them? make sure they wer ok? Oralee ran out, and everything seemed to get quiet. all of a sudden she was face-to-face with a coyote. "dust!?" she glanced the boy looked like he was going to have a heart attack. gtg ppls 😊

(even more lol, DAI CYOTEE)Zen saw a cyotee and she backed up, gathering her streingth and tackling the cyotee, she shoved poison ivy and juniper berries down it's throaght, they would kill it instantly if not giving it a seisure first

terrified, Oralee reached for her bow, and froze realizing she didnt have it. only the arrow. she didnt know how to use a spear, she was trained long distance. as the beast lunged, she held up the arrow for defense an quickly got out of the way. it barely grazed the leg enough for blood to trickle.

Lee woke up to the sound of howling. She crept out and almost yelled out when she saw Dust and the coyotes. She didn't want to kill them, despite Dust's danger. She whipped her hand across her body, and a knife flew from her hand, scraping across the coyote's nose nearest to the tree. It land with a thwack in the tree. The coyote whimpered and paw it's nose, running off.

The remaining coyotes seemed to be attacking the others. Lee really didn't want to hurt them, but as a coyote leaped for her, she pressed her thumbs into the eye sockets of the coyote and it recoiled, and retreated. Lee held her arm, which had a bite wound, and watched for any other attacks.

Oralee quickly tossed the arrow. she grabbed a stick off the ground and threw it, with almost perfect aim, and it stabbed the eye. the beast howled in pain and ran back toward the leopard.

Zen threw the arrow like a spear at a cyotee that made the mistake of exposing it's chest, it coiled and yelped in pain, the force of the throw made the arrow almost vanish into the canine's chest as it fell to the ground and died

Dust watched on from the tree. Then, he saw the coyotes number depleting. "These animals must be starving if they don't retreat as a pack./ he thought sadly. But, he felt no remorse. He was attacked by desert wolves, an animal similar to these things. Dust quickly kicked a coyote in the face as it then jumped at him, and made it flee back into the jungle.

Lee stepped back as the coyotes began dieing off as a result of her teammate's arrival. She was sad to see them die in such a gruesome way. But apparently water and survival of humans mattered most. The first one was true.... but Lee wasn't willing to trust the second statement.

Zen saw it before it happened, a cyotee slashing her across the face, her eye widened as she snapped out of it and what looked to be like the leader, lunged at her and thrashed his paw out at her, a long cash cut across her forehead and she fell back, kicking it in the gut and launching it back a few feet

Dust saw Zen be attacked by the leader. So, he did a stupid thing. He threw himself onto the coyote. It was by his tree, and killing it would make the rest of the coyotes flee.

Zen scrambled to her feet "stop fighting and RUN!" she shouted "they're retreating!" She backed up a few feet and watched the cyotees slowly back away

Lee looked at the injured coyotes scramble off with remorse. But she snapped herself out of it. "HEY! Does anyone have an injury that needs to be treated right away!??!" Lee cupped her hands around her mouth so her voice would travel.

Dust got up from the coyote. His hypothesis had been correct. The height of the tree plus his weight had led to a brown spine on the coyote's leader. It was a clean, painless death. Dust still felt bad though. Dust watched as, without their leader, the small number of remaining coyotes ran off. Dust raised his hand. He could've wrote, but the ground here was too moist to write on. (By moist I mean, a bit of water poured into sand. XD )
