Lee flinched when she saw the animal fall. But then she realized that it was their only way of survival, and she would have to get used to it. Still, she couldn't help but add, "Don't kill unnecessarily." She followed Melodi, and trudged off in the direction of the jungle.

Tess grabbed the animal. We should camp, I need to skin this before I can carry it." she said showing them it was HUGE.

Lee frowned in sympathy for the animal, but forced it down her throat. "Well, will we be able to reach the check point before nightfall?"

Dust sighed. He wished he had a camel, or something. Walking though the desert was the worst. He kinda wished he had a shaved head. But, he did have one of those hats with a neck. He put that hat on, and kept walking.

"I dont know. But once dusk falls, we can travel easier. It'll be cooler and there will be less predators like desert wolves and coyotes." Melodi said and kept walking.

Lee sighed, and looked at the sky. It's late afternoon. "Zen? What do you think? Set up camp or try to find the checkpoint?"

"Well, I think we should keep going on to the check point. It offers shelter, and it will be easier to travel while it's cool." Without waiting for a response, Lee hiked off towards the jungle.

Dusk waved his hands around, trying to get their attention. /Checkpoint/ he wrote in the sand. /And techinally, the coyotes and wolves hunt at night. Itms better for them to attack when we AREN'T sleeping/ he wrote.

Tess followed Lee, on the way she saw a few cactuses she thought probley contained water, but she kept going. She knew she was probley wrong.

Lee took a small sip from her water bottle and swished t around her mouth. Her spit was disgustingly foamy and thick, and it didn't feel good.
