@silver_winged Starting now ^^ @hedwig68 @dada_dragon @mila_titan @bunnyshadowIt was strange how easily things went on the downside suddenly, when the day had started so well...Getting up early didn't bother him whatsoever - he was a morning person and proud, yet a cup of coffee was a nessesity in the mornings. He'd arrived right on time and had been one of the first to receive a pokemon, and on top of that, one he favoured - an Abra. Of course, the small creature immediatelly clung to him, visibly enjoying the company of his new traner.Walking away from the fascility, Wren held the pokemon in his arms excitedly, a bit loose and once an inquisitive Aron pokemon had passed, his Abra jumped out of his grip, darting after the other creature full speed. Watching the Abra disappear in the trees, Wren stood dumbfounded - it took him a few minutes until he complied to move, running after the pokemon. Now, needless to say, the Abra was't a fast runner, but god forbid anyone going through the trouble of catching a pokemon that could teleport..."Souke! Come back!" the boy screeched his Abra.

Kiara listened curiously. She at least knew the three main catagories of people who worked with pokemon: breeder, trainer and coordinator. She certainly knew that she was skill-less in the first two...She wondered what it would be like to be a competitive coordinator... It would be different than at the aquarium for sure.First off, she would be alone, rather than working with a team. Second, at the aquarium, it was the same show every day and they only switched things up for holidays and re-vamping the show once a year. She would have to make a different act every contest if she wanted to catch the attention of the judges... Third, she would have to train the pokemon all by herself... she'd had help at the aquarium...@silver_winged@hedwig68

Ashley then remembered what she wanted as a starter Pokemon. "Is there any Vibrava?" She asked curiously to the professer. She had longed for a Vibrava, hoping it would be a Flygon some day.@silver_winged Oh ok XD

@aizel @dada_dragon @silver_winged~~~Selena thanked the assistant, before leaving. Once she was outside, she threw the red and white pokeball into the air. It landed on the ground, and in a flash of white light a koffing- her pokemon appeared. The pokemon made a noise that sounded suspiciously like "Coffee". "You want coffee?" Selena asked it. The pokemon made the noise again, and she stared at it warily. "Coffee....?" She asked. "KOFFING!" the purple pokemon said once again. To Selena, it still sounded like 'Coffee'. Selena was about to say something, but cut herself off with a soft cough. The koffing coughed back. Selena narrowed her eyes and coughed at the pokemon. The koffing decided it wanted to cough right back at her. And so, they stood there for the next few minutes coughing at each other, interrupted only by the word "Coffee".~~~This post. @bunnyshadowhttp://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9vzxveA5b1qgi3f7o1_500.gif@carterAccepted! You can start off at the lab. ^^@hedwig68 @dada_dragonNoah nodded his head as she continued, the smile plastered solidly to his face but fading from his eyes. However, her last question caught him completely off guard. He nodded a few more times before its meaning sunk in and he stuttered, "Uh, yeah! S-sure, of course! It'll be fun," he continued, trying to regain his composure. "And besides, it's safer to travel in groups anyway."Feeling a little more secure, he turned to Sirius and said, "I love battling. It's great. But competitive battling is just so crude; two Pokemon just smash into each other until one can't get up anymore. I prefer battling with a little finesse, a little showmanship. That's why I want to be a coordinator." He flashed an easy smile, burying his hands in the pocket of his sweatshirt. This wasn't the first time he'd given this explanation. "Pokemon are scored on beauty and grace as well as power in contest battles. And the appeals are fun too. Battling should be an art, not a punch-out. At least, I prefer it that way."
bunnyshadow • 4 November 2012 at 1:26 PM
@silver_winged OMG. Made my day. xD
hedwig68 • 4 November 2012 at 1:29 PM
@silver_winged @dada_dragonSirius nodded his head in agreement. "I agree, Pokemon were built with a beauty and grace not human could ever hold. They should be able to show that off, not just fight to see who's the strongest." He said with a slight smile, "Though I prefer not battling. I don't want to get that feeling often that my Pokemon is hurt or sick because I made it fight. That's why I chose to be a breeder." He said, gently patting Cinder in the head as he spoke.
silver_winged • 4 November 2012 at 1:37 PM
@bunnyshadow I always think of that. X3@hedwig68"I can see why you'd think that way," he replied. Noah himself figured that Pokemon enjoyed battling. Joule had been raring to get out there, even in that short practice battle between him and Kiara. Sure, they got a little hurt, but it was nothing that caused them immense pain or permanent damage. They were built to battle, and they fought all the time in the wild. At least with a trainer they had potions and Pokemon Centers to keep them in top shape. "The world needs more breeders and scientists."Joule, noticing that Cinder had just drawn closer, studied her for a moment. Then she dropped close to the ground, with her front paws far out in front of her like dogs did when they wanted to play. After that she bounded ahead, glancing over her shoulder to see if Cinder wanted to play chase.

@silver_winged @bunnyshadowAfter a good while of scrambling after the Abra, Wren finally scooped it up, holding it tightly in place. He doubled over, panting, but nevertheless could gather some air to scold his pokemon."Told you to stop! Why didn't you?" he emmited a groan of exasperation, but after securing the Abra in his grip, pressed to his chest, he continued forward. Not a step later, a slight bbuzzing sound was emmited from the Abra and suddenly, he felt himself grasp thin air. Not being one to react quickly, Wren ran forward again, having given his pokemon a good few seconds advance. Once caught, the troublesome Abra would teleport away again, with ease, leaving Wren behind, dumbfounded. One good thing - at least Souke was running along the way to the Center; not that it made the chase more enjoyable but Wren felt better knowing he was on the right track.Still, it annoyed him to chase after the pokemon fruitlessly."Stop that!" he screeched again, as the pokemon teleported from his grip and appeared a few feet away, running towards a small group walking ahead. Exasperated, Wren followed.
silver_winged • 4 November 2012 at 2:18 PM
@ashfire"Nope," the professor replied after searching. "But we do have some trapinch," he added, bringing them up onto the large screen. "Those'll evolve into vibrava with some training."@jupiter_hollowNoah was settling into his stride when suddenly a loud noise made him jump. It was like someone had accidentally stepped on the tail of a poochyena, except the poochyena had squealed people words. He turned around and raised his eyebrows at the new trainer who was barreling toward them, chasing after his abra.Having come prepared for a situation like this, he dug a green Pokeblock out of his pocket and held it flat on his palm so the abra could see it. "Come here," he beckoned, crouching low to the ground.
aizel • 4 November 2012 at 2:51 PM
@silver_winged OVer here XD On this account >w<Seeing as one of the trainers ahead whipped towards him, Souke paused for a moment, dead in his tracks and ready to teleport again, out of fear from being caught again. However, instead of pouncing on him, this boy crouched on the ground, extending a Pokeblock his way. Inquizitively, he cocked his head to the side.Halfway to the group, his Abra had stopped, so in a chain reaction, Wren halted too. He didn't dare approach the boy as his pokemon now slowly advanced on him, interested in the block he held. The Abra seemed to have calmed down so Wren decided to wait and see what happened, eyes fixed on the stranger.

@aizel LOL. I love how both Selena and Wren are like.... being messed around with their pokemon 😋 They should travel together 😃~~~Selena and the Koffing continued their coughing battle as they walked towards no where in particular. She was desperately trying to show the pokemon that she was boss, and no she didn't have coffee.
aizel • 4 November 2012 at 3:04 PM
@bunnyshadow XD Sure ;] Get them to meet 😊 Well, actually Wren is now ravelling with the other group, but she should join them too ^^ They could be friends in misfortune XD
dada_dragon • 4 November 2012 at 4:22 PM
Kiara smiled. At least the people she was travelling with knew what they were doing. She took the oppertunity to readjust her hold on the magikarp so as to grab her pokedex.Vulpix... abra... magikarp... electrike... she read quietly to herself while Noah helped the abra's trainer.@hedwig68@silver_winged@aizel
bunnyshadow • 4 November 2012 at 4:22 PM
@aizel Mehbe later 😸 Selena's more of a loner xD
aizel • 4 November 2012 at 4:23 PM
@bunnyshadow Okeh c:
hedwig68 • 4 November 2012 at 4:30 PM
@aizel @dada_dragon @silver_wingedSirius nodded and then watched as Noah crouched down with a Pokeblock in his hand. He looked at the Abra curiously and then saw a boy not to far behind the Abra standing still. He made a slight gesture to the boy as if to ask him if the Abra belonged to him. Sirius glanced over at Kiara for a millisecond and noticed that she was reading info from her Pokedex. He glanced away, his gaze once again on the still trainer. Cinder crouched down for a second and then bounded after Joule. She seemed excited to have someone to play with.
aizel • 4 November 2012 at 4:42 PM
@hedwig68 @silver_winged @dada_dragonHe dared make a step forward, only to mouth a silent yes to the boy, as if wary to break the silence, out of fear that the troublesome pokemon might escape again. He swept his gaze over the crouching boy and his two companions. Both had black hair - the girl was checking her Pokedex while the other boy was watching him. He gave a slight smile, waving a 'hello' to him and returned his eyes to Souke and the unknown blue-haired boy.The pokemon drew closer, tipping his head to the left and leaning in, tugging the pokeblock from Noah's hand quickly and stepped back, chewing on it's side. Wren tilted his head too, following the Abra's suit, eyebrows raised in surprise. His pokemon hadn't teleported...

@aizel @hedwig68~~~Selena gave the purple pokemon the hand when it broke out into a dramatic coughing fit, letting out cries of coffee whenever it paused. She looked in front of her(away from the pokemon behind her), and saw a few people that she had recognized had also been there to get pokemon.Selena had never been fairly good with people, and had only barely put up with the Professor and his assistants. She glared at the Koffing, and it immediately shut up.Selena, satisfied it had finally stopped coughing and yelling for coffee, she scooted to the edge of the path and walked past the group, keeping her eyes to the left(where no one stood).-Horrible Post. I just woke up. xD

@silver_winged Ashley smiled. "That's great," She said. "Mind if I have it as my starter?" She asked the Professer curiously.
silver_winged • 5 November 2012 at 12:16 AM
@aizel @bunnyshadow @hedwig68 @dada_dragon @ashfireNoah stayed as still as he possibly could, frozen while the Abra made its choice. Finally the psychic type reached forward and snatched the Pokeblock--most psychic types he'd met liked the bitter green ones. He smiled slightly and rose to his feet, allowing the Pokemon to chew on its treat. Hopefully with a little food in its belly, it would do a better job of obeying its trainer."You should get some treats," Noah suggested with a slight smirk. The Pokemon's trainer, with his long hair and deep brown eyes, looked as if he would be a good psychic or ghost trainer. A teleporting Abra simply wasn't the most ideal starter."Not at all!" Professor Birch replied to Ashley, entering in the command. Within a moment, a shiny red and white Pokeball rolled out of the machine. "Good luck training it," he said with a gentle chuckle. "They take a lot of patience, but I've heard that once you get a Flygon, it's worth it."
dada_dragon • 5 November 2012 at 1:31 AM
Kiara looked up at the abra, who was now eating his pokeblock peacefully."They can teleport in their sleep..." she said to herself, looking down at her pokedex. "That's interesting..."She reopened the Magikarp information, which basically contained a detailed description of the pathetic nature of it and of its splash attack...She looked down at the floppy fish pokemon. She definately needed a pokeball...@aizel@silver_winged@hedwig68

Sirius chuckled as he watched the Abra, "An abra is a great Pokemon to have on your team but they can be a bit unruly at times." He said, his gaze watching the little Pokemon intently. He then looked at the newest boy and nodded in a gesture of "hello". He then looked over at Kiara, "What does your Pokedex say about Abras?" He asked, not really wanting to die through his stuff to get his out. He walked over to her and checked to see if she'd answer. @dada_dragon @silver_winged @aizel
