I love the new update, its so quick and efficient. I don't mind the scrolling at all, I hardly even notice it. And I haven't had any problems with glitches at all!!

I am also loving the new update! Every issue I've had since the beta has been released has been addressed.

Things that I am loving...

1) Cave works great on my iphone
2) Icons for genders before stealing
3) The new update moving the cave faster
4) Less scrolling

Keep up the great work! I'm really looking forward to my first CRW! 😊

@spiritkoi That must be a bug or something, I've never had that happen before and I have found a mo in the past without something like that happening.

I noticed another odd thing, which I believe someone else already mentioned, but I went to the cave and there was a female nipha, so I left it and then noticed a trade lot that I wanted to offer on, so I came back to grab it quick and noticed it showed the nipha that I had left as a male, so I took the egg, then it turned out to be a female once again, strange!

@aedia I know. I think, though that a few years ago Mos could disguise themselves as other eggs so I don't know what's happening. And for your other thing, it happened to me too.

Wow! It is very very fast like that. I never saw my computer as fast as it is in the new cave! A big ''horray!'' for the one who did the cave.

I can't say how impressed and surprised I am with this update. Even on an iPod Touch, the Cave is so quick! It makes the whole process more pleasant and easy to use. Thanks for this great update!

Yes, but in the old days, MO eggs were disguised as other eggs and that was so exciting. Maybe it's back?

Love the new cave 😸 And the new page to view eggs in actually makes the site a little more mobile friendly, which i definately like x3

@Ian - Cave no longer loads for me sadly... (old version firefox due to running an even older operating system)

We've had a chance to look at how it works on Sansavii's PC and it seems very slow - I can't be sure whether it's just that her setup is not geared for heavy net usage or the (more recent) version of firefox isn't up to scratch for the new coding.

Having seen how it works on hers, I'm guessing that it's the 'redirect' back to the cave that is the problem on mine (it won't 'redirect' on a lot of pages, simiilar issues as what was happening during the Halloween event)

I guess I'm in the minority here though so unless there is an option to go back to the old cave setup for me when the testing is done I'm probably not going to be able to use the cave a great deal of the time. Not that it really bothers me I suspose, as I'm clocking in around 300 creatures most of the time lately anyhow. 😊

I'm positive that the gender symbols are flipped for the Previously Viewed Eggs, hence it is showing the wrong gender. As it's happening on my account too.

It seems like I'm the only one, but I'm not a huge fan of the new update. I'm not sure how it's that different than before? It does seem to be faster, but before the update I was able to go back a page if I didn't want the egg I found. That took me right back to the same place on the page that I was when I left...the eggs you can choose from. It was much faster for me....no scrolling needed at all!

Now when I go back a page, it takes me to the page that I viewed before I went to the cave. I have to click on "leave egg" which takes me back to the cave. Then I have to scroll down to the eggs again instead of just clicking. It's a small thing, but I honestly liked it better the other way.

I don't know...I feel like I'm missing something...everyone seems so excited about the update but for me it's actually more of an annoyance. ☹️ Maybe someone can explain how exactly it's changed and how it's different/better now? I don't get it...

I lovelove the new update, also this is dated but the black text also looks way better than the white one on top of the image. Very pleased with these updates.

For one, i think if you dropped the habit of pressing back instead of Leave egg you'll have it run better ;]

I personally don't find the scrolling to be annoying, since it's not like you have to scroll A TON, but i do get what you're saying, it'd be awesome if we would be set at the eggs right when we click Leave egg.

Plus it really is a lot faster, even my old PC goes back SO fast.. i was surprised *-*

Also, the majority people did want the lagginess of reloading a new page etc. to get fixed/changed.

I do agree with @sammiwolf's two cents; it would be nice and a lot quicker to have the page scroll back down to the five eggs. c:

@gatheringrosesinsnow What's your OS? I believe FF 26 is available from Windows XP SP2 upwards (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/26.0/system-requirements/). But as for your other PC, are you sure it has the latest version of Firefox? (It's currently 26, unless you're running the beta/aurora/nightly version of Firefox, which is 27/28/29 respectively.) The Cave is running fine for me and I have 26.0.

@Ian hey i noticed that when i approached to the egg it showed me an Irel egg but when i stole it it showed me a Mo egg. Also i like that it's going much faster than before! That's amazing! ^.^

@mejary THAT HAPPENED TO ME!!! I saw a Vulpselle egg and then I got a Mo egg. I'm not complaining though. Maybe it's only the cave monthlies? @Ian?

Weird thing for me today...

Got into the cave and stole my first egg. It was a male horsca.
I had gotten a notification about logging in and when in faded away my cave flickered. After the flicker the male horsca became a female horsca.

I left the horsca egg and went through my other tries. Out of curiosity I went back to horsca egg to see what gender it was. It was back to being male.

@Ian What if we put something like the caves timer for the Asteroid? Probably not such a short timer, but maybe get another go at it every 2-3 hours?
