*nostalgic sigh*

All the contests nowadays are "click/feed/view my creatures!" That's no fun. So I've imposed a writing contest!

[ How does it work?: ]
- There will be three rounds.
- Writing MUST BE ORIGINAL.
- Stories only. No poems.
- Stories can be one-shot or the first chapter of your work. However, entries MUST BE IN ONE PART; do not send me multiple links to multiple parts of your entries.
- The contest won't begin until there are at least 15 entrants.
- There is no mandatory theme.
- Enter by simply posting your writing here, or PM'ing me, if you'd prefer!
- Each round, a certain amount of people will be disqualified, and only a few will move on to the final round.
- There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner.

[ HELPFUL HINTS: ]
- Proper grammar and accurate spelling are a must.
- Keep it interesting!
- The entries have no length limit, but if your story is extremely long, make sure it's riveting throughout as not to bore the reader.

- Entries CAN be a continuation of your last story, a different ending, or a completely different story altogether!
- Entries are due by Wednesday, March 19th, ending at 11:59:59 PM ECT. Because of time zone differences, I recommend you try to get your entry in early!
- Submit your entries by posting them on this thread, or PM me.
- Five people will be eliminated after Round Two!

Because they're so much fun to write 😸 Eeee, when I get more creatures, I'm going to do much more writing contests, because they're more fun. Plus, I like to give beginners on EC a chance to start up their coves. 😃
