please, please add retired items especially travels to the vend. a lot of the oldest travels that are retiring / in danger of retiring are the best ones and there’s no fun in having them disappear forever and not be used on creatures in the future. please i beg

@Ian I implore of you, consider having a way to get retired item on the site! From VEND or a special shop, but there should be a way. This is just too sad, and nobody else likes the 'retired forever' mechanic of year 2000 games, as re-releases taught us. 😭

I love how people complain that there's too many items, then complain when they retire. 😛 on that note, I agree it would be nice to have a way to obtain the retired travels.

@xxcouchxx people complain 'there are too many items' ...for questing mostly, I think. Most people, as we can see from the replies in blog posts with retiring items, are showing a negative response to old, beautiful items becoming 'retired forever'.

Yeah, a VEND-like feature for items could be pretty neat - we don't have quests for the Bean Sack items yet. Could be nice to have CC item re-releases too, like perhaps some kind of rotating shop.

Once again suggesting that retired travels and items be added to the prize pools for questing rewards. Just make the drop rate kinda low. Gives people another reason to do quests and makes sure we still have SOME of these retired items in the system.

It really sucks cause when you're not home or awake and someone clears your shop out of the items that go retired suddenly... kinda wish it would set the shop prices for the items to 0 in our shop or something so we could have repriced these...

@heatherm19 - Sorry, I don't think I can recall a reason being given if there ever was one. I think I do sort of remember some quest types being added later on... but that might not be right. But it's a frequent request, so I guess it's just a matter of time.

I don't understand a lot of the backlash a lot of these retired item posts get. These items came out 10 years ago or more. These things are outdated, even if you like them, you did have 10 years to buy them tbh
