As of right now, I'm not sure if there is a list of retired travels. I know Piucca's site http://eggcavetravels.weebly.com/travels.html does list which travels are retired but I'm not sure how up-to-date it is.

When you elect to spend money on a virtual game its a chance you take that changes could happen.

I can totally appreciate people being upset about this change, however, in the long run I think its better for the site in general.

But that is also my own opinion.

EC is primarily earned from feeding creatures. Each creature you feed gives you between 90-110 EC. There are also a few activities around the site that can give EC, like Site Trivia and the Wall of Sandrodons. You can also trade creatures and items for EC with other players.
