Garett threw the red-and-white ball out in front of him. The purple bat Pokemon materialized in seconds.

"Cro, crobat!" He said.

Sirius threw his pokeball and the orange dragon appeared. Charcoal roared.

Garett grinned. "Get ready, Charizard!" He called this over to the other side of the field, where the fire/flying type stood menacingly.

The trainer turned back to his own Pokemon. "Crobat! Use number three!"

"Crobat, cro!" The purple, batlike creature sped across the field, spitting globs of poisonous gel onto the dragon.

"Charcoal use ember to burn those to crisp!" Sirius yelled.

Charcoal did just as he was told and flew upward to get an advantage.

Sirius smiled, "Got to do better than that."

Garett smiled. "Crobat!" The Pokemon's attention turned to him. "Use number five! This isn't official, you can use it!"

The purple bat's mouth curled into a sharp-toothed grin. He blasted himself high into the air, and shot out sludge bombs at random points... especially onto the Charizard's back, where he would be able to burn them off, but it would be uncomfortable to do so.

He finished this attack off with slamming himself into Charcoal, likely knocking him off-balance. The Crobat sliced the air around him in an Air Slash attack, and forcibly redirected the currents toward the fire/flying type.

After all this, he rocketed into a cloud. He was looking down and could see, but appeared invisible to any onlooker... or flying-type Pokemon.

Charizard feel ten feet roaring then tried to scratch the stuff off his back.

Sirius thought for a moment, "Charcoal flamethrower while spinning and aim at the cloud!"

Charcoal did as he commanded.

"Darn it," Garett said quietly. "I forgot that Sirius would be able to see Crobat in the clouds."

Crobat felt a wave of heat coming toward him. He anticipated the attack well, making it only take his left wings, but it still hurt. However, the bat Pokemon figured that he could still do the final stage of his routine.

The purple bat dived from the sky, slicing Charcoal's skin as best he could. He had fought Charizards before, and they were all strong-willed and very annoying. However, he had never fought alongside one, and thought that they would make great teammates, if not stubborn ones.

Charcoal took the damage willingly keeping how hurt he was out of his expression.

Sirius yelled, "Charcoal use your tail."

Charcoal understood and swung his tail trying to hit the Crobat.

"CRO!" The tail had hit the Crobat right on, giving him loads of damage.

Garett was tempted to run over to the purple bat. "Crobat! Are you all right?"

"Cro... bat..." He said. The Pokemon got up with a weak grin still on his face. "Cro."

The trainer's face beamed. "That's the spirit, Crobat! Show Charcoal number one."

The poison/flying type nodded, and quickly flew high into the air. He had to switch wings multiple times, as he was getting very tired from this.

Charcoal looked up at the little bat and waited.

Sirius couldn't tell what the Crobat was doing.

The batlike Pokemon was surprised that the trainer couldn't recognize a Fly attack. Most Crobats he knew (not many) didn't know Fly, and he always made a point of confusing foes.

Either way, he was being watched and they didn't know what he was doing. The purple creature plummeted down, toward the Charizard, at stunning speeds that could rival a Manectric's.

Charcoal didnt know what the Crobat was doing till to late he moved slightly so he didn't take full damage but still took a good amount. Charcoal staggered but held his ground.

Sirius knew Charcoal would faint soon, "Charizard up!"

Charizard flew up.

Giulia, a new trainer, was traing her eevee against a wild purrloin. "Eevee use tackle!" yelled Giulia.

"Eevee!!!!!" yelled Eevee as she tackled the purrloin.

"purrr..." moaned the wild purrloin.

"Go pokeball!!!!!" screamed Giulia as she threw a pokeball at the tired purrloin.As the pokeball was shaking from side to side Giulia said"C'mon. C'mon. Yes!!!! I caught a purrloin!!!!!!!!"

Garett could tell, by their flight patterns, that the two Pokemon were getting weaker by the minute.

"Crobat! Good job on that, go into second and fourth attack mode!" The purple bat nodded, and raced toward Charcoal. He slashed at the air and at the fire/flying-type, using both Air Slash and Aerial Ace.

"Charcoal fly up now." Sirius yelled.

Charcoal shot up.

"Now point your snout at Crobat and do the diver's spin." Sirius yelled knowing that if this wasn't likely going to work.

Charcoal did as he was told and dove spinning in circles while diving.

@pokeruler189 Accepted, but only if you interact with the other characters. (I'd recommend watching the battle between hedwig68 and dragonstorm78 for now.) Also, if you catch any new Pokemon, please add them to your character sheet. Welcome to the roleplay!

"Listen," Kyle began darkly. He leaned far forward in his seat, as far as his restraints would allow. "I can't tell you anything. Anything," he repeated forcefully, the sharp movement of his head casting his hair over his eyes. "They know I got picked up, so they have their eye on me. Even if I'm safe in jail for a while, I gotta' come out sometime. And they'll find me. I don't know how they do it--trackers, Pokemon--but they can tell when they've been given away. And I'll get it. They'll off me. It's not like I'm the first."

He collapsed back into his chair with a weary sigh. "You don't just quit Team Rocket," he muttered lowly. "I know a few people who tried. They always came back . . . not all of them alive."

Would it be all right with everyone if we move onto the next morning? It's the awards ceremony for the tournament, contest, and breeders' show. (There weren't any entries for that last one, so we'll make something up.)

@bunnyshadow Hello, little sis. ^^ Welcome to the roleplay. Would you mind only having one shiny Pokemon? Two is a lot. We already roleplayed through the battle tournament. The final round was Daniel (@green, who's currently out of the roleplay) vs. Margot (my character), with Margot being the winner. You can read the battles if you want, they were kind of fun. Around the city, shady things have been happening. @hedwig68's Pokemon were stolen, and several characters have spotted odd people in dark clothes lurking around. The local police believe that it's the work of Team Rocket, who they're convinced is going to pull a major stunt on the day of the awards ceremony. The international police is contributing to the battle against Team Rocket; one of these agents is Crystal, @taffy789's character. Any questions?
