Zen snuck out through the gate and started walking, she was equiped with her staff, and a spear. she ignored the stinging in her head and the pangs from hunger and dehydration.

Tess woke up the next morning and looked down, her stomache was bulging out. 'Gosh No!!' she thought to herself. 'I gotta tell them all my secrets now or they're gunna ask me about it.' she thought. She tried to talk, her voice was back. She got up and noticed her stomache was bigger then she thought....

Tess started to crave for meat. She ripped into the meat of the lion she had killed yesterday. It was so good. She finished soon. About an hour later she went to the lake and threw up. She started to think to herself. 'Should I tell them I'm NOT 14, should I tell them I was abbused?' then thw worst question popedinto her head. 'Should I tell them I'll be a mother in seven months?' While she was thinking a man came up to her and handed her a letter. "How did you now I was here..." she asked but them man was gone. She shrugged and opened the letter. It read "Tess we are sorry for your loss. Your parents and brother have been murdered. All they're money is now yours,it has been transfered to a bank." She shrugged, she hated all three of them. She threw the letter into the lake and left. "I have to tell them." she mummbled to herself. She grabbed a paper and a pen and began to write. "Hey its Tess! I'm not 14 I'm 24! Its a genetical dissese that makes me look younger. Oh and I was abused! And I'm going to be a mother in seven months! Bye now Tess." she slid the paper under Melodi's sleeping bag a corner sticking out.

Melodi rubbed her eyes to find herself alone in the camp. "Dust? Zen? Tess?" she got up and changed into a new set of linen clothes. The clothes fit loosely to prevent her from getting hot. She ate some leftover coyote meat and drank some water. Then she sat down on a tree stump and waited for the others to return.

when she finally woke up, Oralee ached all over. she got up and walked around to get the blood moving again, but still felt a little dizzy. last night she could barely get any sleep, and it wasnt helping. she was so tired, she didnt notice the camp was almost empty.

Melodi clenched her fists. "She didn't even say she was leaving! Who does she think she is, she can't survive out there on her own!" Melodi got up. "I'm going to look for her." she slung her backpack over her shoulder and walked into the desert.

Lee woke up. She groaned at the thought of Tess and all of her annoying allergic reactions. She got up and went out and saw a half eaten lion carcass, killed by an arrow to the throat. She growled at the sight of such a beautiful beast mangled and half eaten. "Oralee! Dust! Come out here!"

"Completely." Lee rolled her eyes. She had a grudge against Tess for killing the lion, which had wandered so far from it's habitat. "But what are we going to do about Zen? I mean, it won't be her fault if she dies. Cuz SOMEONE drove her out." Lee looked pointedly at the carcass.

@taffy789 I like how in her note she's just like: "Oh! And I was abused!" The way she wrote it makes it sound like you could sneak a smiley face in there and no one would notice. "Oh! And I was abused! 😊" See?! It doesn't change at all! -_________________-;

"I'm coming with you. That fool is actually useful." Lee stomped into the jungle, following Dust. Lee looked back at Oralee. "Think what you want about me, but I think that Tess's whining about allergic reactions and all that, and how Zen wasn't helping didn't really help Zen's self esteem. How could she know that Tess was allergic?"
