It must be delicious inside! Wait...it's strangely warm to the touch. And did you just feel something moving inside? Maybe you should leave it alone...Creature: The Solgama are closely related to the Saurogapi, but they inhabit different territories and display different physical and behavioral traits. Firstly, the Solgama's actually begin their life inside sunflower buds. The plant "hatches" from the Solgama's egg, carrying the developing lizard inside. The plant provides nutriens, shelter and warmth to the developing baby. Once the Solgama is ready to live on it's own, the plant opens up and releases the young lizard. The now empty sunflower continues to grow and it even develops edible seeds later on (actual sunflower seeds, not Solgama eggs!).Native to the Northern Plains, the Solgama are very territorial lizards. They are not blindly aggressive though, so if you wish to pass through a Solgama's territory, you should ask them politely for permission. The answer will usually be positive, but don't expect anything more than politeness from a Solgama. Be respectful to them and their land.Solgamas are not easy to befriend. However, if you are patient enough to gain a Solgama's trust, you can be sure that you have made a friend for life. Solgamas, just like the Saurogapi, extend their flowery neck frills as a defence mechanism. They are much larger than their cousins though and are not afraid to run and snap at any predators or threats. They can also scratch painfully with their long claws!~~Weight: 3 kgLength: 1 mGender Profile: StandardHabitat: Northern Plains~~A few pings:@megamisama90 @aardbeix3 @dragrawr@shirothekittehlover@redflipflap

@ida92 well done again, Ida! Great artwork!It kind of reminds me of a less scary and MUCH cuter version of this dino from Jurassic park: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/jurassicpark/images/e/ef/Dilophosaurus_Render.png/revision/latest?cb=20220425014454

@ida92 I looooove seed eggs!! And Gosh Bearded Dragons are adorable, we definitely need one on the site.

@ida92 Yikes the last stage is scary! But otherwise really cool and I like how you included Saurogapi in your text. Really liking that it's a seed and then a seedling. We don't really have anything else as Saurogapi here so it would be a nice addition. ^^

@ida92 ooh this is a really cool concept! the idea to use sunflower petals as a lizard's frills is really inspired. also i was totally thinking it reminded me of jurassic park too haha ❤️ thanks for the ping!

@megamisama90 @prairie @anarchy thank you all. ❤️ I actually based it on a bearded dragon and a frilled lizard. 😊 Some more pings:@moonflower @bunnyshadow

This is a very cute take on a frilled lizard. I like the idea of it being a plains relative of the more wetlands Saurogapi.

This is adorable and oddly seems like a very logical related animal to some of eggcave's fauna.
