I'm relatively new myself (I joined in February), and there are so many cute creatures that I would love to have, but know I most likely will never have. I don't have a lot of real life money to spend on CC, so any creatures that are traded for CC will never be mine, and I just hit my first million...

Values of creatures will go down, and I know many people who have spent a lot of real life money on Eggcave to obtain rare creatures.

I don't care either way if things are rereleased but seeing as they are so expensive (pretty unfairly so also) and hard to get for some people I think this is good. Though maybe make it a bit harder.

It's worth 75o,ooo to 1 Mil EC so 75 to 1ooCC so you'd have ta add. I don't trade CC critters for travels at all unless they are offering an old LE(s) worth a good amount or another CC critter(s) with the travel(s). The LEs I have UFT for travels aren't the greatest since travels are easier...

I guess rereleasing is neutral on me.

To be honest if they rerelease, it lowers the rarity of many, many creatures, but it does give some of the new people a chance to fit in, if you know what I mean 😸

So as for reason opinions:

Eeh probably won't happen but if it did I'd be fine. There are some old ones I like and would love ta see rereleased but people would complain and whine too much though they already do that. And I think I saw somewhere that Ian said he wasn't gonna rerelease anymore.

Ultimately, Egg Cave isn't a democracy - it shouldn't be, so if Ian thinks a rerelease is fine, I don't see why not.

Those people who traded a lot for those rare creatures did so willingly. No one forced them to. Begrudging others for the possibility that they get those pets "easi...

This has been suggested about a hundred of times. It is a burden for the artists of eggcave to make a lot of creatures. It would also affect the CC rarity and if like a Onny was cost 500CC in the CSP, breeding another Onny for 1k would just make people mad especially those who paid like 20k for thei...

Being a Foo expert, it really depends on who's trading the Foo.
They are not worth less than 1000 CC or 7mil EC though.

Limited rereleases don't necessarily have to be in the cave, if a pet is only obtainable through trading a lot of CC, why not put them for sale in the Cash shop? A price of 1500 to 2000 CC for an Onny or Tine would keep them more than rare enough and people who traded for them will get...

I also found a foo during their rerelease, and I traded it for two ahjoons on January first.
On my 12th birthday I found a Tenalp egg, I froze and I still have her. 😊 Her name is Glitter!

No. i disagree. the last time Ian had a creature re release, everyone started quitting and such. .___. people started to get really mad because they traded so much for that creature and it got rereleased

I agree, I do think it's a pity though. With some modest rereleases/remobilization eggcave would be a much nicer place to be. I wish Ian hadn't rereleased the christmas creatures for free, the backlash was so large he said he'd never rerelease again... Which I think is a pity, rerel...

Yeah but that's just because its new.
Weighted rarity isn't everything.
They are commons.
They can be found in the Cave for an unlimited time, unless made endangered, so they aren't worth much.

Ooh! I've noticed this.
Before the Foo was released, I think they were in the low 30s. But then they were rerelease, so the rarity readdress and weighted rarity became 60.

Also, @Ian had a lot of Foos and he downsized a bit, so I'm pretty sure he deleted them or something xD That must've made some...
