It seems there was a bid on a batteron, the username column having an inappropriate sentence rather than an actual name. And the bid is obviously unrealistic.

Raising bids yes, lowering bids no as a rule. Lucy (@lbowe_elbow) has said a number of times that if you have a legitimate reason for lowering your bid, you should PM her about it.
