I LOVE the Oscoa lol. The first stage is adorable and imo one of the best pieces of art on the site :')

To answer your question, mine is probably the Macbot. It's the only one of the ~Big Four~ that I'm not really a fan of, and I don't think it would be nearly as popular if rarity wasn't a factor...

I finally reached my goal and got my Tine. Cant be happier 😊

Thanks so much to everyone who traded chocolates with me, especially @megamisama90, @minnie298a, @magenta and @mindassala, who constantly kept sending me chocolates back. I try to collect some more chocolates to send them back to peopl...

hey yall, is it just me or is the whole site REALLY laggy? to a point where its making this event super tedious bc it takes a couple extra seconds to load every page?

cherryblossomlover • 15 February 2020 at 7:21 PM

i was wondering what was going on with the site, good to know it's just getting a makeover, i got a lot of new creatures and i'd like to add everything in my cove thats not on the site.

pamela • 14 February 2020 at 2:50 PM

@brick hi there! welcome to egg cave! the click exchange on egg cave IS one way to get clicks but you might find some more success using yarolds link exchange (off-site). there are a lot of egg cave users on there as well 😊

Hello!
I love virtual pet sites and was finally inclined to check out Eggcave after seeing that my LONG TIME beloved site, TheDailyNeopets is created by the same person as this site! I'd seen echoes of this site around on Chickensmoothie and other forums so I decided to finally make myself an acco...

@decay

I really don’t believe in the rerelease of most creatures, some are fine, like the ones in vend right now. I do believe that the big 5 shouldn’t be so expensive, but I’m like 110% against their rerelease. Now before anyone starts hating on me, here’s why...
First of all, Eggcave nee...

@darkwarrior
You're not wrong, and honestly with any choice there's always going to be someone that's upset about it. There's a lot more good than bad in a re-release.
Pros:
Old creatures go below multiple hundreds of $$$.
Roughly 80% of the site is happy since they voted for it.

@sinthr
True. There should definitely be a better way of getting EC other than feeding, especially since feeding is probably one of the dullest functions of the game.

@pouncessoftly
EggCave has been hinting at something in their site blogs, so maybe we'll see something new soon.

Joined in 2013, left it for a looong while and now came back to check how things have been and wow, this site is completely changed! It took me a while to get used to it, but it looks amazing!

Hiya! 😸

[i]Done! The 30 minute sketch of Almaris is d-o-n-e, product of an idea which has been wandering in my head for a few days already! (... the poor animal obviously looks a little bit fat but that’s just because it’s only February and she hasn’t found the right diet to lose these 10...

[center][color=steelblue][i] Hello and welcome to EggCave!

I'm @WolfSpike23, and welcome, @BrokenChips

Things are quite simple around here, and if you can figure things out, good job! But if you need some guidance, then look no further!

i joined sometime in early 2010 on my first account but can't remember exactly when 😊 the website was still dark green then and there were no forums! everyone communicated through the site blog & on each others walls lol. took several extensive breaks though! its very crazy to go through my old PMs...

@demonicj

oh, this idea is so cool! once the revamped site is done, can i get https://eggcave.com/egg/2042195 and @galaxygirlplays added? i have to work a bit on my feeding pen, since it used to be all the feedable creatures but now i've gotten a bunch more it's not accurate anymore lol

Orderedchaos • 7 February 2020 at 6:57 PM

@firelight_folf
Breeding is not a feature on Egg Cave.

In the land of Ivern, a mysterious item lays, undescovered...for now. This object, when in contact with a person, will give them power over a certain element (fire, darkness, ect.). It will also give them the ability to transform into the ideal form, and transform into the ideal weapon. The only way...

With Eggcave, I've been here for going on...8 years, and I have lost interest before. But that was because I was tired of searching for creatures I wanted and getting shot down by the insanely high prices, so I went on hiatus for over a year. I came back after seeing an eggcave...

I'm definetly not suggesting we bring the Animal Jam and League of legends community into ours (how terrifying). Those were just two random big games that popped up into my head at the moment.

I do agree with what you're saying. "The creatures are fun and all, but I think people mainly stay here for the people."
I have had thoughts of quitting, on the bad days of my life, but hey life has it's ups and downs and the people here are great! I tend to keep to myself,...

pwuffy • 31 January 2020 at 5:00 PM

to add my two cents: i think the sheer volume of creatures released every month really adds to this because the more creatures you have, the harder it is to have creative, original designs. i did feel like past CRWs have been stronger (or at least, the ones i've been active for) and the creatures th...
